Founder & Coach at hxf-coaching — Fitness Trainer B-License (IST University of Applied Sciences)
My first training was actually as a retail salesman — but even back then I spent every free minute in the gym. Training, nutrition, how to build a plan that truly fits the person: that never let go of me. In my mid-30s I took the leap and turned my hobby into my profession.
I'm in the gym myself 3–5× a week, depending on what daily life allows, and on the days in between I'm out on my bike — so I live exactly the principle I teach: movement that fits into a real life, not the other way around.
What matters to me: open, honest communication, no sugarcoating — even if we don't talk every week. Especially in short check-ins, I care about giving you honest feedback instead of just a friendly pat on the back, and having an open ear when it's not just about training.
Bodybuilding personally interests me a lot, even though I don't have competition experience myself — that's why I'm not the right trainer if you're specifically training for a bodybuilding competition. But I'm exactly the right fit if you're after sustainable fitness without competitive pressure.
Privately, I'm a father of three — so I know firsthand how tight a time window for exercise in daily life can be. That's exactly why I build my programs to fit into that exact window, no matter how small it is.
Frequently Asked Questions
Before You Ask.
No. The programs can be done either at a gym or at home with minimal or no equipment — whatever fits your daily life best.
No problem — quite the opposite, that's exactly what this program is made for. We start right where you are, with no comparison to others and no pressure.
There's no fixed time window or minimum duration. Training plans are tailored individually to your daily life — whether you have 15 or 60 minutes available.
That depends on your chosen tier: from independent training with ready-made plans (Selfguided) to weekly feedback and a monthly call (Premium). There are deliberately no fixed, frequent calls — instead, honest, reliable feedback at every point of contact.
The Selfguided 12-month subscription initially has a twelve-month minimum term. It then continues indefinitely and can be cancelled at any time with one month's notice. The Selfguided one-time purchase is not a subscription and does not renew. Supported and Premium run monthly and can be cancelled at any time with 14 days' notice to the end of the month.
This may be possible if your doctor clears you for training. Coaching does not replace medical or therapeutic treatment; exercises are adjusted only within my professional qualification. The service is for adults aged 18 and over.
Your inquiry is free and non-binding. I'll personally get back to you within 48–72 hours. A contract is only formed if you later explicitly book the accepted offer.
