Terms & Conditions
§ 1 Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all coaching, training and consulting services in the field of fitness and nutrition provided by Christian Huckstorf ("Provider", "hxf-coaching") to consumers and businesses (together "Customer"), unless otherwise agreed.
§ 2 Formation of Contract
The presentation of programs on the website is an invitation to make a non-binding inquiry. Submitting the contact form does not form a contract. A contract is formed only after the customer receives the final contract and price details following personal review and explicitly completes the booking through the provided payment method or accepts an individual offer.
§ 3 Scope of Services
The exact scope of services results from the respective booked program tier (Selfguided, Supported or Premium) as described on the website. The provider is entitled to individually adjust training and nutrition plans within the agreed scope of services.
For Selfguided, a nutrition plan is included only in the expressly selected €49 “with Nutrition Plan” option. The €29 option does not include a nutrition plan.
The Selfguided one-time purchase includes a single downloadable training plan and, where selected, a downloadable nutrition plan. It includes no app access, ongoing adjustments or automatic renewal.
The Selfguided 12-month subscription includes the app access described on the website during the contract term. Its specific contents depend on the selected option with or without a nutrition plan.
The provider renders its services to the best of its knowledge and current expertise. A specific training or health outcome is not owed, as this significantly depends on the customer's behavior and cooperation.
§ 4 Prices and Payment Terms
The prices stated on the website at the time of booking apply. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are exempt from VAT pursuant to § 19 of the German VAT Act (small business regulation).
The displayed amount for a Selfguided one-time purchase is due once before the download is provided. A Selfguided 12-month subscription is paid monthly in advance. Other programs are charged as described in the applicable offer. In the event of late payment, the provider may suspend the service until the outstanding amount has been settled.
§ 5 Term and Termination
The Selfguided 12-month subscription has an initial minimum term of twelve months. Unless cancelled, it then continues for an indefinite period. After the minimum term, it may be cancelled at any time with one month's notice. An ordinary cancellation submitted during the minimum term takes effect at the end of that minimum term. The right to extraordinary cancellation remains unaffected.
The Selfguided one-time purchase is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. The contract ends once the agreed download has been fully provided, without requiring cancellation.
Supported and Premium run monthly and are automatically extended by one additional month unless cancelled with 14 days' notice to the end of the month.
Cancellation may be submitted informally by email.
An accessible online cancellation option is also available under Cancel a contract.
§ 6 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers generally have the following statutory right of withdrawal for contracts concluded online. Note: the German version of this clause is the legally binding one.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,
Christian Huckstorf, Max-Planck-Str. 7, 19063 Schwerin, Germany, Phone: +49 151 47119361, Email: christian@hxf-coaching.com,
of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees as a result of this reimbursement.
If you requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the point at which you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, in comparison with the total scope of services provided for in the contract.

§ 7 Customer's Health Obligations
The customer confirms that they are healthy enough to participate in the booked training and nutrition program. In the case of existing health limitations, pre-existing conditions, or complaints, it is recommended to consult a doctor before starting the program. The customer is obligated to inform the provider of any known health risks.
§ 8 Liability
The provider is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health caused by an intentional or negligent breach of duty, as well as for other damages based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. Otherwise, the provider is only liable for breach of a material contractual obligation, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Material contractual obligations are those whose fulfilment characterises the contract and on which the customer may rely.
§ 9 Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
